This notice explains how Velvet Agency processes the personal data of users who visit vlvagency.it or contact us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Velvet Agency (VAT 13516410969), Via Lazzaro Spallanzani 10, 20129 Milano (MI), Italy. Email: info@vlvagency.it.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data you voluntarily provide through the form: full name, company, email, indicative budget and message content.
  • Navigation and usage data (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referrer), collected only with your consent via cookies and analytics tools.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to requests and managing the commercial contact — pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.b/f GDPR).
  • Statistical analysis of site usage with Google Analytics 4 — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Conversion measurement and remarketing with Google Ads — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Legal compliance — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Tools and recipients

The form is handled through Netlify (hosting and submission capture). Analytics and advertising run through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, orchestrated with Google Tag Manager. These providers may process data in the United States under adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Data is never disclosed or sold to third parties.

5. Consent and Consent Mode v2

Non-technical cookies are only activated after your consent, collected via the banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2: until consent, Google tools run in “denied” mode (no profiling cookies). You can change your preferences at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Details in the Cookie Policy.

6. Data retention

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, unless otherwise required by law, for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained for the lifetime of the relevant cookies (see Cookie Policy).

7. Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Art. 15-22 GDPR at any time — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent — by writing to info@vlvagency.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
