How many delegates can you manage?
From small advisory board meetings to conventions with more than a thousand delegates. Above two hundred guests, method and tools change: you need digital accreditation, designed entry flows, parallel rooms and direction with a written run-of-show and speaker rehearsals.
Do you handle registration, accreditation and badges?
Yes, on a dedicated platform: registration forms, automatic confirmations, QR-code badges and fast check-in at the door. Data stays with the client and processing is set up under the GDPR, with a privacy notice and defined retention periods.
Do you take care of speakers and stage direction?
Yes: collecting and harmonising presentations, technical rehearsals, autocue and speaking times, multicam video direction and, when needed, simultaneous interpreting and streaming for remote delegates.
How far in advance is a congress organised?
4 to 6 months for a congress with hundreds of delegates. The first constraint is the room: venues with plenary capacity and parallel rooms in Milan are booked many months ahead, and the date must be fixed before any other decision.
