Frequently asked questions

How far in advance is a product launch prepared?

A well-run press day needs at least 6-8 weeks: time to build the media list, send save-the-dates with proper notice (usually 3-4 weeks ahead) and produce set design and content. With bespoke scenography or a multi-city tour, plan for 3-4 months.

Do you handle press, influencer and buyer relations?

Yes: we build and qualify the list, manage invitations and follow-ups, handle confirmations and on-site welcome, and select creators consistent with the product positioning. The criterion is not follower count but audience relevance and coverage quality.

Which sectors do you run launches for?

Mainly beauty, fashion, lifestyle and luxury, where the first look at the product is decisive and the set must be photogenic. We also run corporate and B2B launches, where the focus shifts to the sales network and product content.

What remains after the launch event?

A content kit planned upfront, not gathered by chance: still life and reportage photography, vertical video for social, an aftermovie and material for the press office. That is what keeps the launch alive in the following weeks.
