Event Graphic Design

Invitations, coordinated materials, ledwall graphics, signage and graphic set-up: the visual system that dresses the event from invite to exit.

Design

Every surface speaks the brand's language.

The service

An event communicates before it even begins. We design the entire graphic apparatus — invitations and coordinated materials, social and digital visuals, ledwall and screen graphics, signage and wayfinding, graphic set-up, brochures, badges and merchandising — so every touchpoint tells the same brand, with the same voice.

Frequently asked questions

What graphic materials do you produce for an event?

Invitations and save-the-dates, stage graphics and backdrops, signage and wayfinding, totems, badges, menus, printed materials, presentation templates and social formats. All derived from the same visual system, so the event reads as one project.

Do you deliver print-ready artwork?

Yes: artwork with bleed, colour profiles and specifications agreed with the printer, plus digital versions for screens and social. If we manage printing, proofing and material checks are included.

How early must artwork be finalised?

Artwork for large-format print must be closed 10-15 days before the event: that is the real time needed for production, transport and installation. Closing late means avoidable rush fees and no quality control.

Do you consider signage accessibility and legibility?

Yes: contrast, type size, mounting height and consistent routes. Signage that looks good but cannot be read from three metres is a cost, not a value, and the audience notices before the client does.
