Frequently asked questions

What kind of staff do you provide?

Hostesses and stewards for welcome and accreditation, promoters for activations, technical personnel for audio, lighting and video, security through licensed partners. Staff are selected by language and attitude and receive a written briefing before the event.

Does the staff speak English?

Yes: for international events we select fluent English speakers and, on request, other languages. For congresses with foreign delegations this is the difference between a welcome that works and a queue at the door.

Do you also rent technical equipment?

Yes: audio, lighting, LED walls, projection, stages, furniture and generators, with on-site technicians included. We size the rig to the room and the guest count, not to a standard price list, because over-speccing is the most common wasted item in event budgets.

Do you manage transport and storage?

Yes: material transport, storage between roadshow stops and delivery timing for venues with narrow loading windows, which is often the case in central Milan.
