Do you handle set-up and strike?
Yes, with our own crews and selected partners: we plan loading slots with the venue, supervise the build, run a technical check before doors open and return the space to its original condition at strike.
Do you carry out a site visit before producing?
Always, when the venue is not already known: real measurements, power points, load capacity, vehicle access and structural constraints. It is the step that prevents most problems on build day.
Can set-ups be reused?
Yes, and it pays off: modular structures, interchangeable graphics and transport-ready materials allow the same rig to be reused across multiple stops or years, replacing only the printed parts.
Who is accountable for set-up safety?
Structures are built with certified materials and installed according to venue requirements and applicable regulations; technical documentation and certificates are collected and handed over before doors open.
