Corporate Event Management in Milan
Meetings, conventions, kick-offs, workshops and incentives: B2B corporate events that align teams and turn goals into moments people remember.

Moments meant to be remembered.
A corporate event is not an agenda to fill: it is an experience that builds culture, aligns people and gives the brand a voice. We craft meetings and conventions, kick-offs, workshops, networking events and incentives — from concept to direction — turning business goals into memorable moments.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should a corporate event be planned?
A convention or kick-off with more than a hundred guests usually needs 3 to 6 months. A smaller meeting or workshop can be built well in 6-8 weeks. The tightest constraint is not our work but venue availability in Milan, which sells out early in peak months (May, June, October, November).
What does corporate event management include?
We start from business goals and go all the way to running the day: concept, venue scouting and contracting, technical production (audio, lighting, video, stage), set-up, catering, guest management, photo and video content, coordination of every supplier and on-site direction. The client has a single point of contact for the whole project.
Do you organise corporate events outside Milan?
Yes. Milan is our base, where we know venues, suppliers and permit timelines, but we work across Italy — Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio and Campania — and abroad when the event is part of a roadshow or an annual plan.
Who runs the event on the day?
A Velvet team is on site from set-up to strike, with one point of contact for the client and a director keeping time minute by minute. Our job is to make sure that on the day you only think about your guests.
